This is the link for the online book. Depending on your set-up, you may only be able to view the first page of the textbook pdf. If that’s the case, you should first make sure you have the latest edition of your browser. If you have a Mac, and are using FireFox, we recommend that you then install this plug-in. From what I’ve found, PCs do not have this issue (assuming latest version of browser).
